Masusa
⋆ All kinds of paella are made at @masusabar. This restaurant definitely has its own identity due to the very passionate and kind staff. We tried the ‘black paella’ with fish, prawns and squid ink. Beautiful and delicious. We advice you to make a reservation!
Ryoko
⋆ If you’re in for Asian fusion cuisine, we highly recommend @ryokovalencia. This restaurant, opened by amazing chef @chefadamvboyer, has definitely been one of the food highlights of our stay in Valencia. The menu offers varied and affordable shared dining dishes – from sushi and ceviche to crispy cauliflower and ramen croquettes (try them!). The quality and creativity of the dishes really stand out and make for a welcome change from the many traditional restaurants in Valencia.
Vermudez
⋆ For good Spanish tapas, we recommend @vermudez.es. A busy and cozy place with a large selection of vegetarian tapas as well. Don’t forget dessert; the French toast with horchata and hazelnut ice cream is to die for.

Passage a Paris
@passageaparis is a cute little French bakery where you can get macarons, puff pastry and for example this lovely dessert with strawberries and vanilla cream. We had it right in front of the @ciudadartesciencias, perfect!
The Baker
For fresh, artisanal bread to go with some Spanish aioli we recommend @thebaker.valencia. It can be difficult to find some good bread in Spain, so we were quite happy with this crispy and healthy baguette!
Limon y Merengue
Sadly for us, @limonymerengue was temporary closed when we got there. But since we are so sure this is an amazing bakery, we want to mention it anyway! I’m sure we will be back!
